They lost one & a half Stars because I booked a suite (for the extra TV) but got standard...(that might have been booking.com fault) No elevator at main building, only 2 floors though. The staff was friendly! Plus outdoor pool & indoor hot tub both worked! Room AC worked good.
This is a place to stay the night. Clean enough. Friendly staff, a little older in the decor and layout, but the price is more than fair. Convenient location and nearby to the places we wanted to be. Given a return visit to Lubbock, I would certainly consider staying here again.
Our stay was great n peaceful. Trent was awesome kept pool clean, breakfast replenished, even grabbed an item for me that i left behind n kept it at front desk for me. Reasonably priced. The kids enjoyed the pool. Will go again.
Nice and quiet place to stay.. the location is perfect. Stayed during the storm and was grateful for the warmth of the room. The front desk was very friendly and the housekeeping people were kind enough to make sure I had what I needed for the next day. Would deff recommend and would deff stay here agan
I just wanna say I thank the Lord Jesus Christ for Addy. She was sweet, & understanding and kind enough to accommodate my 40 week pregnant belly into a room with a cushioned chair because the beds were miserable to my pregnant body. Addy was there both the times we booked & was super helpful. She's the reason I'd go back
It's quiet, it's clean, it's a good location, and the price is great. The staff are all awesome and it has a jacuzzi, lots of vending machines, and shaded parking. Come check-in and check it out.
Had a problem with my original room, when I addressed to the front desk , Samantha , she handled it with such efficiency and care that I recommended this hotel to all my coworkers, I will definitely be back!
older hotel, but it is under new ownership and they are going through remodeling and changing things as I was there, staff was very friendly very accommodating to the needs I had during my stay. I really appreciate the time and next trip back to Lubbock, I will stay there again.
